It was my first visit to Ellora in the 80ies and I was about to leave, when a man passing me whispered „visit cave number X“ (I don’t remember the number).
It was a cave with a huge Buddha, so I sat in front of him, to meditate when I realised that the low evening sun was casting the shadow of my head into the lap of buddha.
I accepted this as a gift of being here in this moment, experiencing this wonder.
This experience is generic for how I learned that any person can be the guide of the moment as long as I am open to take in the inspiration.
